Slater Waterproofing, Inc. specializes exterior (positive side) and Interior (negative side) waterproofing.

The process and materials are quite different for each. Exterior waterproofing require surface preparation, detail sealant work,installation of membrane system, and a protective covering with drainage properties. Just as important is installing a drainage system to insure water is allowed to escape the area.

Interior waterproofing which is a benefit if below grade wall is on a property line or cannot be effectively excavated on the exterior side.Techniques include curtain wall grouting or application of cementitious waterproofing system specifically designed to block water intrusion through the below grade wall.
