Concrete deteriorates due to steel/rebar corrosion which occurs over time. Exposure to Moisture, chlorides, chemicals and effects of carbonation can result in concrete cracking, delamination and spoiling. This damages and compromises the structural performance of concrete elements.

Our process is to demo/remove deteriorated concrete, clean or remove and replace structural steel, apply anti corrosion coating on to steel then apply speciality designed repair mortar or concrete. Slater applies theses materials by shotcrete, forming then pumping or pouring, or hand application techniques. The application process depends on the specific job requirements.
